Take on a Young Apprentice

Striding Out CIC are giving employers in London the unique opportunity to take on a young apprentice to help with their sales related activities. The role can include:

  • Supporting your sales team with administration or client management tasks
  • Strengthening your sales team for the future
  • Generating new business for your company
  • Distributing flyers
  • Making sales calls
  • The young person will also receive weekly coaching and training

Employing a young apprentice requires you only to pay them £2.50 an hour and you’ll have them for 6 to 9 months (37.5 hours a week), after which you can choose to offer them a permanent role or employ another apprentice.  In addition, you’d be supporting the nation’s task of tackling youth unemployment.
